Prissy's Protest Countdown Special

Not many "on the fence" here.....

ON MSNBC: Did President Bush regain the political ground he lost in the administration's early response to Hurricane Katrina? * 119283 responses

Yes. This is a bold response to a terrible disaster.25%

No. There's no making up for the initial missteps.69%

Not sure.6%

What if mother nature keeps making natural disasters and Dubya cleans up the mess as well as he has in Iraq? Will America just go 3rd world? Will the educated Americans flee the country? Perhaps corporate governed America will one day contain only two kinds of people -the very rich, living in gated communities for their safety-and the very poor.

Dubya, his neoRepublicans and the Democrats continue to party as American middle class continues a free fall... The Sunday Columbus Dispatch reported Ohio has a problem with Federal Housing Administration loans going into forclosure. Ohio has more mortgage failures than any other state.

More decent job losses than a lot of states too, especially over the last five years...hmm, could there possibly be a connection? Banks and the government prefer to blame this on the consumer and the brokers. Who will they blame when the bubble bursts?

AN AUSTRALIAN Army brigadier claims the US and its allies are losing international support in the war on terror because of concerns about the way prisoners at Guantanamo Bay are treated.

Brigadier Gerard Fogarty, writing in the US Army quarterly magazine Parameters, said the US must scrap the controversial "second-class justice" military commission system to regain the moral high ground.

Thanks to team Bush, the United States has much moral high ground to regain. But anyone who understands the mind of a killer? Well, let me remind you Prissy has worked with convicted ones and never understood them. See American psycho below:

globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=CHO20050918&articleId=967 From Global Research, Canada.

An excerpt:

You know, I hate to predict violence, but I just understand the nature of the killers. This guy, Zarqawi, an al Qaeda associate -- who was in Baghdad, by the way, prior to the removal of Saddam Hussein -- is still at large in Iraq. And as you might remember, part of his operational plan was to sow violence and discord amongst the various groups in Iraq by cold- blooded killing. And we need to help find Zarqawi so that the people of Iraq can have a more bright -- bright future. (George W. Bush, Press Conference, 1 June 2004)

(See previous post about Zarqawi the myth-some claim he's been dead over a year) Has the US created, as part of a covert intelligence operation, a bogus "resistance movement" made up of its own Al Qaeda sponsored "terrorists"? Their suicide attacks target Iraqi civilians rather than the US military.

The suicide bombings tend to encourage sectarian divisions not only within Iraq, but throughout the entire Middle East. They serve Washington's interests. They contribute to undermining the development of a broader resistance movement uniting Shia, Sunni, Kurds and Christians against the illegal occupation of the Iraqi homeland. They also tend to create, at the international level, divisions within the antiwar and peace movements.

Moreover, the disinformation campaign also permeates the Iraqi and Middle East press. The latter tend to take the alleged Al Zarqawi's statements published on the internet at face value. The Zarqawi threat to the Shia is seen as genuine. The links between Al Qaeda in Iraq and US intelligence is rarely mentioned.

This is not the first time Prissy has hear a reliable source question the possibility of a US created resistance. It is difficult to determine if team Bush have stooped this low. If there is truth to this, undoubtedly US intelligence and military know this and know this is very wrong. Certainly not the way the United States claims to "do business." If you know anything about this, be a hero for Democracy and tell! Federal whistleblower sites in previous posts....

Just what the world does not need, more elections in question. Prissy wants to know...did they use Diebold voting machines too?

nzherald.co.nz/section/story.cfm?c_id=2&ObjectID=10346290 New Zealand Herald- Latham backs NZ's approach to US relations - Excerpt:

Australia should follow the example of New Zealand, which had made itself the safest country on earth through distancing itself from the United States, former opposition leader Mark Latham said today.

Nice going neoRepublicans, you all make Prissy so terribly angry. Is it any wonder she is willing to go to Crawford Texas in August and D.C. next weekend? No, no one will want to be our friend because of them. Who can blame them, when they find bully foreign policy isn't something they can go along with? Rest assured global friends, Prissy will be taking up this matter with our "representatives".

If you didn't think the plot was thick enough, read this:

globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20050917&articleId=965 From Global Research-September 17, 2005 -US House of Representatives- Press Conference of Rep Curt Weldon: 9/11 Commission and Operation "Able Danger" 9/11 Commission suppressed the evidence

An excerpt:I'm Curt Weldon, and I'm here to provide a response to the 9/11 Commission in their statements this week about Able Danger and the outrageous statement made by Slade Gorton that it just didn't exist.

And it is absolutely outrageous, especially from a commission that I supported, that spent $15 million with 80 staffers to give the American people and the Congress a full and complete understanding of what happened prior to 9/11.

They have maintained there is no information about Able Danger or the data mining work. They couldn't find anything.

So I brought some charts for you. These are all original charts. None of these charts were made after 9/11. These charts were all made before 9/11.

Now, granted, they're not all about Able Danger. They're not all about Mohammed Atta, nor Al Qaida.

They're about drug trafficking. They're about terrorist cells. They're about crime in Russia. They're about crime in Serbia. They're about the World Trade Center bombing in '93.

So this information is a compilation of work being done by the Army's LIWA Center, as well as some of the work being done by Able Danger on Mohammed Atta and Al Qaida.

It's absolutely unbelievable to me that a commission would come out and say that this program just didn't exist.

The Pentagon has acknowledged now, publicly, that they have identified five defense employees who either vividly remember identifying Mohammed Atta prior to 9/11 or seeing his name linked with a Brooklyn cell prior to 9/11.

We have Scott Philpott (ph), a Navy commanding officer, who's commanded one of our naval warships, an Annapolis graduate, who has come out publicly and risked his entire career to say what he'll say next Wednesday under oath: that he specifically remembers identifying Mohammed Atta in January and February of 2000, specifically; that he would stake his career on it. And that he was the leader of Able Danger.

We have Lieutenant Colonel Tony Shaffer -- who's outside in the hallway, who I couldn't bring into the House Gallery because of House rules, but who's available for you to talk to, outside -- who will testify under oath on Wednesday before the Senate that as a DIA liaison to Special Forces Command for Able Danger, he attempted to present information to the FBI on three occasions in September of 2000 about the Brooklyn cell and Mohammed Atta.

Everyone in America needs to know this....team Bush is running out of people who will lie for them. They are running into more credible Americans telling the truth. Did they honestly believe they could get away with it? Hurricane Katrina was the defining moment in the Bush administration, more than 911, more than the war on Iraq. Disaster and theory gone haywire, shall be their legacy.

America must take the time to reflect, after we end the reign of these neoRepublican icons. The balance of power between the branches of government must be restored.

Capitalists must be taken to task to also clean up their messes. They certainly helped create this one. When it comes to profit, will they ever see enough to satisfy them? Do they not realize it is unfair and un-American to take from the environment without regard to damages? (Wars cause lot's of environmental damage-hear that KBR?)

One need not be a "tree-hugger" to understand clean air and drinking water are everything, as no "culture of life" can exist without them.

PROTEST: SEPTEMBER 24, 2005 in Washington DC

Dear Pepe,

What a pleasure for Prissy to have a dear reader from Spain!

Thank you for your wonderful compliments.

Prissy found Spanish papers vindicated Brandon Mayfield right away.

Unfortunately, our American press did not...

Hugs to Pepe in Spain!
