House of Dubya Shows it's True Colors, Again

"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it." Edith Sitwell-English biographer, critic, novelist, & poet (1887 - 1964)

Well, tickle Prissy pink-Dubya has foiled those crafty, illegal alien terrorist plots...as many as 10 of them! Those new Patriot Act laws are great-and you needn't just confine them to "terrorism" investigations (wink, wink)...Prissy reads 88 of such works were not about terrorism at all.... Hope no prosecutor gets the wise guy idea to use these acts against any neoRepublicans. Why they would be forced to live up to their own rules.

Nobody even has to tell them they are being investigated-in fact it is against the law to tell. Even if it is their own personal banker who must turn over all of his best neo buddies transaction details to a secret investigation -which later gets him indicted. Prissy wonders if that is how "the hammer" got into a sling.

We shall have to see if the prosecutors have used this to aid them in bringing down those who are intent to use money to influence and create laws that favor corporations illegally. Use their laws against them-to get them out of a Democratic government. Once that happens, the law can then be burned off the books; just like the old slavery, segregation, sedition and prohibition laws. No one will miss them. Into history's toilet, where they belong.

Only then, can the United States of America begin to regain her shredded credibility as a good global neighbor.

Excerpt:Federal prosecutors have accepted an offer from presidential adviser Karl Rove to give 11th-hour testimony in the case of a CIA officer's leaked identity but have warned they cannot guarantee he won't be indicted, according to people directly familiar with the investigation.

This is a very bad sign for Rove. Judith Miller may also testify again. According to Citizen Spook, it is not really the identities protection act they need concern themselves with. It is the far more serious 18 USC 793 -794 (b). Here's what Spook says:

In Part 1 of this report, Citizen Spook analyzed 18 USC 793, the United States Code provision which provides the most direct route to convictions for Patrick Fitzgerald in the Treasongate/Valerie Plame affair.

In this follow up, we are going to discuss 18 USC 794 which deals directly with Treason and the death penalty.

Before we move on to 794, please take note of the indictments which were unsealed yesterday, August 4th, 2005, by the court overseeing US Attorney Paul McNulty's grand jury in the AIPAC investigation against Larry Franklin, Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman.

If it will not stop others from insisting they have human rights, why on earth do Dubya and the rest of team Bush think it would work on Americans? After all, Americans have always been told we were "born into freedom" and you have tried to lead us into captivity. Most of us know this.
