Neeerrrrmmmm....Do You Hear That Sound Off in the Distance? The Kamikaze Pilot is Coming in for a Landing....

Incoming for a crash landing, stay out of his way!

They don't understand how this can be happening to them as it has always worked out OK before....but that was just a little business trouble and DUI's-not a big deal when you are so well connected.

NOTE: D.C. Protest photo's bottom of page

A big check from Dad won't help anyone out of this mess. That was before people started dying; when it was this governments responsibility to keep them safe.

Ditto not sending our soldiers carelessly, into invalid wars.

Although most people have evolved enough not to buy into this adage, it's been said that "War is capitalism with the gloves off." Dubya believed himself to be a Corporate Warrior, one too many times-to the peril of this nation. He was a failed businessman several times over-so it should not be a surprise he failed as a War president also..War is so much more than capitalism with the gloves off,really... Dubya did not study war, he studied business, if he studied at all- same as the rest of his neocon friends.

Famous Prussian military strategist Karl con Clausewitz said there were two kinds of war, "one to overthrow the enemy, the other to gain land." Which kind do you think the planners of the war upon Iraq had in mind? Perhaps we will all know very soon, once and for all, the answer to that. And the sicko's who authorized the rape of children in the Abu Ghraib prison shame (according to Seymour Hersh)? Prison terms all around, for those who ordered the methods used and those who used them. That is an American shame that cannot be ignored. There is no way to make this right, not ever. The penalty for such behavior should be harsh and swift. Take them away from Prissy's sight forever more...

Oh Dears, not to worry-there are plenty of folks ready to step in at a moments notice. We love our country and it is only proper that we begin to make up for the horrible wrongs done to so many others, in the name of this War On Terror. The neoRepublican power grab is beginning to crack, soon the whole facade will fall away...

What is ironic, is the WOT threats were so blown out of proportion in comparison to very real threats; hurricanes of Level 5 intensity in New Orleans. Even NBC is reporting information about the levee problem was brought the attention of officials in the 1990's. There is little excuse for the lack of response from FEMA, a federal agency whose very existence is disaster and emergency relief.

How dare the horse trader defend the lame response which caused so much unnecessary human misery. It is difficult to count the deaths, worldwide that have been caused by inaction or reaction of the current political climate in Washington. It's very odd that these same people claim to be "pro-life" . Their "pro-life" stance is just another ruse. Like saying they are Christians-saying it doesn't make it so... Prissy thinks they just want mommies to breed more soldiers for them....They are unaware of the global women's club, "I will not teach my child to kill your child". HA.

The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world or can if they so choose. We can raise Spartans or Scientists. Killers or Scholars. Capitalistic pirates who create social and economic upheaval or Social entrepreneurs that devise solutions to such complexities. We can decide this and indeed that is power, more than a neoRepublican will ever know. Though a daddies large tender hand is a wonderful thing, we all know which hand it is that rocks that cradle much of the time; especially in a neoRepublican constructed world...

So much for their plan to rule the world. Our plan is to strip them of their power, legally of course.

We are not worried about the likes of Karen Hughes and Tranny-Annie Coulter-there have always been desperate women willing to sell out other women, just to be a part of the boys' club. They think they got ahead because they are special, unaware they have been played like a fiddle. There are far more of us, including America's strong, decent men , than there are of them.

Prissy says soon, a guard will tell them to brush their teeth and lights out.......then we can all breath the sweet air of freedom once again in the United States of America. They have certainly left quite a mess for the rest of us to clean up.....

Exerpt: Fort Lauderdale police said yesterday that they charged three men in the 2001 gangland-style slaying of a Florida businessman who was gunned down in his car months after selling a casino cruise line to a group that included Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

Konstantinos "Gus" Boulis was killed on a Fort Lauderdale street on Feb. 6, 2001. Two of the three men charged had been hired as consultants by Adam Kidan, one of Abramoff's partners in the SunCruz Casinos venture.

Oh boy.....An excerpt-"It's a very, very difficult issue," Negroponte told an audience of intelligence officials in Washington.

"There's no analytical issue that is more important, no intelligence issue more important, than understanding the nature of the insurgency in all of its aspects.

Alrighty then...how many times must Prissy tell them? It works like this-you up the ante, they up the ante, you up the ante, they up the ante and so on and so forth until so many people are dead there is no one left to fight.

Got it? It is referred to as a "systematic cycle of unending violence." The Army calls it "the Pillsbury dough boy effect"-squeeze them in one corner and they just show up someplace else to fight another day.

Containment and political and or diplomatic solutions are the only proven methods. Respect for other cultures would also be a good start...

Right Wing, Red Neck, White Collar

Does Prosecutor Earle have a smoking gun? Prissy says he would be a fool not to have several up his sleeve in charging these slimy rats....Prissy puts her money on the prosecutor. Having not been able to convict the last politician he charged, Kay Baily Hutchinson (R), he no doubt learned a valuable lesson in that. Everyone knows Dubya's boys are not to be toyed with, as they have been known to ruin lives when people "mess with them".

Tom Delay is the perfect specimen for Prissy's right wing, red-neck, white collar potential criminal profile.....Remember when DeLay pushed to change a House rule requiring members to give up leadership positions if they get indicted? Hmm.

You have read the indictment on the previous post...most people have not. Prissy wonders if the Houston Chronicle read more than the highlights. Look how vague the msm has been about the particulars of this indictment. It is not unspecific, but one might think so if one read this in the Houston Chronicle..chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/nation/3374471

Excerpt: "I can't imagine indicting a majority leader of the U.S. House of Representatives without having a smoking gun, and that means someone who flipped on DeLay," said Buck Wood, an Austin lawyer who filed a related civil lawsuit on behalf of Democratic congressional candidates. "He's got to have corroborating evidence, too, bills and things proving where DeLay was at key times."

UPDATE: Speaking of rightwing red neck, white collars...Remember this, dear readers? Prissy told you about this months ago. prissypatriot.blogspot.com/2005/07/gitmo-and-abu-ghraib-who-is-really.htmlFrom a UK Criminology Journal-http://www.newcriminologist.co.uk/news.asp?id=2115310961 TMAIT is directly attacking the Frist family HCA. The TMAIT is expected to have a direct impact on the 2008 presidential bid. Frist is currently the front runner for president, and the US press refuses to publish what is widely known: the Frist family are the biggest corporate criminals in America. They have paid more criminal fines than Enron. Indeed, both Enron and Frists were the principle backers of George Bush. Now, the Frist family is being sued for 100 times the $2 Billion they already admitted to.

More about the Tillman family

uspolitics.about.com/b/a/206237.htm

Excerpt: It is equally troubling that Uthlaut's superior, when faced with a perjury charge, was allowed to change his testimony. A 3 March 2005 memo from Brig. Gen. Gary Jones (who conducted the January 2005 investigation) asserts that Capt. William Saunders, the commander of Tillman's company, was able to skirt perjury charges. He had originally claimed that he had told his superiors of Uthlaut's e-mail protesting the division of his men. He was allowed to change his testimony to avoid the perjury charge and he was granted immunity.

Tillman's father draws the only logical conclusion: "The administration clearly was using this case for its own political reasons. This cover-up started within minutes of Pat's death, and it started at high levels. This is not something that (lower-ranking) people in the field do.

Prissy says can they possibly get any more stupid at the Pentagon?? For Heaven's Sake, they should have known better than to mess with a lawyers' kid, which is Tillman Sr's profession. Geez!

Turns out although Pat Tillman supported the mission in Afghanistan, he was repulsed by the war on Iraq....that sure wouldn't have been good publicity for anyone up on the hill, now would it?

cdi.org/program/document.cfm?DocumentID=3135&from_page=../index.cfmSeptember 14, 2005 An Army That Was in Better Condition This article first appeared in the Sept. 11 edition of The Philadelphia Inquirer. EXCERPT from "What If....? From 11 scholars and opinion writers, answers to a hypothetical: What would the situation be now if the United States had not invaded Iraq?"

Because the Bush administration had not prepared the Army or the nation for the insurgency that followed the fall of Saddam Hussein, the number and quality of people willing to join the active Army, the Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard began to decline. Through the end of July 2005, these three components of the total Army were more than 25,000 people behind their recruitment goals, despite the Pentagon's having lowered the educational and aptitude standards for first-time enlistees. Army officials expect that next year will be worse.

And more:

Furthermore, the Army has had to mobilize large numbers of guardsmen and reservists and keep them on active duty well beyond the norm of mobilizing a reservist for no more than one year out of every six. As a result, few individuals leaving active duty are willing to join the Reserve and many are leaving when their enlistment expires. For example, the Alabama Army National Guard has only 78 percent of its authorized number.

The Army has had to extend individuals' services beyond their terms of enlistment involuntarily, as well as recall thousands of individuals from the Individual Ready Reserve. Not surprisingly, the Army's Mental Health Advisory Team found that more than half of the soldiers report low unit morale. About 35 years ago, Gen. Maxwell Taylor noted that we sent the Army to Vietnam to save that country but had to withdraw it to save the Army. We may be there again.

One more strong argument for the Bring Them Home Now folks...

Prissy thinks if General Casey loved his military, he would stand up and act like a man to the Pentagon and whoever else needed to be told the truth about Iraq. Cowards, all of them who refuse to stand up.....not even one pink fuzzy Prissyball amongst the entire lot of them. This country needs them and they have failed in their duty to protect her.

And Senator McCain needs to keep his nose out of it-since he too, continues to fail the military. His heavy-handedness will get him nowhere with the people. AZ has quite of few members in Military Families Speak Out.

This one should be sent to all your neoRepublican friends....Dr. Roberts is a true American hero in Prissy's book. There is not a doubt he loves this country.

vdare.com/roberts/050923_america.htm

America is running out of time- by Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, a former Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal and a former Contributing Editor of National Review, was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury during the Reagan administration.

An excerpt:The budget deficit is being financed by foreigners, primarily Asians who now hold enough US government debt to exercise power over US interest rates and the value of the dollar whenever they decide to use the power that Bush has placed in their hands.

The trade deficit is being financed by turning over the ownership of US assets and future income streams to foreigners, making Americans forever poorer from the loss of accumulated wealth.

For the time being, China is willing to accumulate US assets as a way of taking over our consumer markets, attracting US manufacturing industry with cheap labor subsidized by artificial currency values, and gaining our technology. China’s strategy is to over-value the US dollar in order to encourage the transfer of US economic capabilities to China. China’s strategy gives artificial value to the dollar and keeps US interest rates at an artificial low.

The values of US stocks, bonds, and real estate depend on the support that Asians’ economic strategies provide the dollar and US interest rates. As Asia achieves its goal of preeminence in manufacturing, innovation, and product development, the strategy will change. Once China completes its acquisition of US capabilities, it will no longer have a reason to support the dollar.

When the dollar goes, it will affect costs, profits, interest rates and living standards in dramatic ways. Costs and interest rates will soar, and profits, living standards, equity values, bond prices and real estate will plummet.

These unpleasant events await only Asia’s decision to curtail its support for US red ink. That will happen when this support no longer serves Asia’s interest.

When Asia pulls the plug on the dollar, the US government will find that monetary and fiscal policy are powerless to offset the consequences.

Compared to US budget and trade deficits, terrorists are a minor concern. The greatest danger that the US faces is the dollar’s loss of reserve currency role. This would be an impoverishing event, one from which the US would not recover.

The neoRepublicans and Democrats are going right along with the collision course America is pursing. Do not even try to tell Prissy they love America,"Tranny-Annie" Coulter....she must hate America too, as she encourages its destruction. You know, Prissy heard her "surgery" occurred abroad, perhaps that is why she is so angry....

Problems Fixed on The Prissy Patriot Site! Hot Links

LOOKING for Prissyballs to send to your representatives? patriotstore.blogspot.com

Prissy always could tell when Dubya was lying. That "gift" comes from working with juvenile delinquent boys.....most of them were not as bad as Dubya.

BREAKING NEWS!!! TOM DELAY INDICTED....THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

READ THE INDICTMENT-The Smoking Gun-thesmokinggun.com/archive/0928051delay4.html

Hot new read-this author was in D.C. so Prissy was lucky enough to get it signed.

MOTIVE,MEANS and OPPORTUNITY-Probable cause for indicting George W. Bush, his sponsors, and aides for the attack of September 11, 2001. By Mamadou Chinyelu, author of Harlem Ain't Nothin' But A Third World Country, Debunking the Bell Curve and Scientific Racism amongst others. Also wrote The Consequences of Believing Your Own Propaganda. Prissy met this guy and he's a smart,clear-eyed thinker... from the book cover below:

Prissy's Whopper of the Day:

The hijackers also left no paper trail. In our investigation, we have not uncovered a single piece of paper-either here in the U.S. or in the treasure trove of information that has turned up in Afghanistan and elsewhere-that mentioned any aspect of the September 11th plot. The highjackers had no computers, no laptops, no storage media of any kind. They used hundreds of different pay phones and cell phones, often with prepaid calling cards that are extremely difficult to trace. And they made sure that all the money sent to them to fund their attacks was wired in small amounts to avoid detection."

-FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III, San Francisco-April 19,2002

Prissy thinks being into corruption must be a prerequisite for the neoRepublicans of today's party. Why bother to hire a straight shooter? Just one more problem for them to smear later....Army Rule- When the hole starts caving in around you, stop digging.....

And One More....

From May 2005. Prissy thinks we shall be hearing a lot more from these parents. She heard they have figured out this war was a big con job on the American people. Look for them to come out swinging.....

counterpunch.org/zirin05272005.html Why Pat Tillman's Parents Are No Longer Silent

An excerpt:

Mary Tillman, like her ex-husband and son, a fiercely private person, spoke with a frankness that should put dissembling military planners to shame. "It makes you feel like you're losing your mind in a way," she said. "You imagine things. When you don't know the truth, certain details can be blown out of proportion. The truth may be painful, but it's the truth. You start to contrive all these scenarios that could have taken place because they just kept lying. If you feel you're being lied to, you can never put it to rest."

Now the Tillmans, consciously or not, are lending their voice to a growing chorus of military family members determined to speak out against this war. New organizations, like Gold Star Mothers for Peace and Military Families Speak Out, are made up of people handling their grief by refusing to be political props and instead making a country bear witness to their pain.

The politicians work for us. Prissy hopes the Tillman family will give them no rest. There are plenty of good folks who will support them in their quest for truth. Prissy hopes they reach out to other military families, as they will be embraced in our common betrayal. Senator McCain should be ashamed of himself for using this story when it met neoRepublican needs.

September 24, 2005 Washington D.C. Protest Photos for Prissy's Pals!

Anti-war marchers.

Protesters resting at Washington monument wall.

Indeed, where is the rapid lawyer who had to know every detail of Bubba's tryst. More of the crowd.

D.C. Uncensored.....Protest Pictures and More

Notice the Grandma in the wheelchair in background. (third picture down) Yes folks, it was that important.

Prissy has never seen so many people in her life....and she has been in some big crowds. Amazing, all the thousands of people and yet no serious trouble. The police were polite, some even engaging in a small talk with protestors. Everyone is sick of this war....we outnumbered the pro-war camp 1,000 to one.

A low count of anti-war folks is 200,000. There were nearly 150,000 at the last D.C. anti-war protest, held before the war began. This was a much larger crowd-so 200,000 may even be too low an estimate. There were said to be 200 pro-war people, but we only saw a few. The Washington Post Sunday edition did a decent spread, why Prissy would almost say it was real reporting.

Look at all the havoc a small group of mostly men have caused to the entire world. They must be held accountable. If not, people are going to be leaving the US in droves. Some have already gone. Prissy will be doing more research on that subject to find out just how many Americans have left the country.

Prissy will be returning to D.C. to meet with some so called representatives of the people......

Prissy will return later this evening with much, much more dearest readers... In the mean time take a look at these two. One is news and one is an essay.

News cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/09/26/bush.military/index.html WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush said he wants to make it easier for the military to take charge after a disaster like Hurricane Katrina, but the White House acknowledged Monday the proposal raises "a lot of issues" that need resolution.

"Raises alot of issues?", neoRepublicans? You bet it does.......let's hope you address the issues appropriately THIS time..... carlisle-www.army.mil/usawc/Parameters/1992/dunlap.htm

Excerpt:The letter that follows takes us on a darkly imagined excursion into the future. A military coup has taken place in the United States--the year is 2012--and General Thomas E. T. Brutus, Commander-in-Chief of the Unified Armed Forces of the United States, now occupies the White House as permanent Military Plenipotentiary. His position has been ratified by a national referendum, though scattered disorders still prevail and arrests for acts of sedition are underway. A senior retired officer of the Unified Armed Forces, known here simply as Prisoner 222305759, is one of those arrested, having been convicted by court-martial for opposing the coup. Prior to his execution, he is able to smuggle out of prison a letter to an old War College classmate discussing the "Origins of the American Military Coup of 2012." In it, he argues that the coup was the outgrowth of trends visible as far back as 1992. These trends were the massive diversion of military forces to civilian uses, the monolithic unification of the armed forces, and the insularity of the military community. His letter survives and is here presented verbatim.

It goes without saying (I hope) that the coup scenario above is purely a literary device intended to dramatize my concern over certain contemporary developments affecting the armed forces, and is emphatically not a prediction. -- The Author

Prissy Does D.C. in the Pink

"Say a prayer for Texas and others to stay safe from Hurricane Rita"

Dear Readers, Tell Prissy if there is anything you want to know about what is going on in Washington D.C. this weekend. One young soldier asked Prissy if some people are against the soldiers for going over and what about the ones who believe in this cause?

No dear soldier, no one would place blame upon you; for your service or for doing duty to your country. For that, you should always be commended- your country owes you a debt of gratitude. Especially after sending you into to this kind of a war. They owe you lot's of good benefits too. Americans do not blame you, but they certainly blame the politicians.

Prissy blames the politicians too, they did not do their job of looking out for our dear soldiers or the public. Now everyone is suffering, which is why Americans from all over the country will be protesting to stop the war and the rest of the policies which are damaging the entire world. It must stop, Americans are coming together to do just that.

It is our right, it is our responsibility. If you cannot go to D.C this weekend, please do your duty to America and let Dubya know you want this war to STOP. Send him a postcard:

"END THE WAR"

President GW Bush

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue

Washington, DC 20500 or call him at: 1-202-456-1111 White House comment line

Prissy would say one of the best things about America is the diversity-we are supposed to be the original melting pot. Prissy herself is a mix of so many nationalities, it is nearly easier to eliminate what she is not. The people now in charge of America do not represent the huge majority of Americans. On Saturday the American people will speak, it will behoove this government to listen....

Prissy will return Tuesday-if not sooner, with a report from D.C.!

This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land-Updated

Dear Readers, Some alternative news sites, such as whatreallyhappened and WingTV- report Tom Flocco and his article regarding indictments of Bush cabinet members, is said to have been "discredited". They offer no discrediting evidence themselves, except to say they did the leg work. NOTE: Site fixed

They also claim the indictment story originated from only Flocco-however, Prissy found a couple of other sources besides Flocco with very similar findings. (See previous posts) Prissy printed Flocco's article for readers to see it, for it claimed the Patrick Fitzgerald investigation would come to indict major players on team Bush.

Quite frankly, Flocco's claim, if one looks at the laws and the prima facie evidence(which means upon first examination)-is hardly inconceivable. What would be outrageous-is if team Bush continues without regard to legal precedence, upon its assault to deface the constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Citizen spook and Constant, who always cite their work -point to many potential crimes and laws potentially broken by this administration. Looking at known facts one could readily conclude a grand jury investigation would certainly be within the perimeter of law to indict- based on known evidence.

Prissy's conclusion is the following: If the United States is a country of laws, this administration is certainly not above it. Flocco may or may not be a sensationalist, but his story is certainly plausible if we are still a nation which respects the rule of law. As Prissy has said before, only time will tell....Hope for the best. If there are no grand juries looking into this copious and mounting evidence of criminal behavior by our leaders, then there is no United States of America and our legal system is a farce. Prissy believes in a nation of laws, she hopes Fitzgerald does too.

You see, now what did Prissy tell you: From: (you must cut and paste) http://house.gov/apps/list/press/ny22_hinchey/morenews/091505fitzgeraldletter.html

The criminal statute, 18 U.S.C., Sec. 1001, prohibits knowingly and willfully making false and fraudulent statements to Congress in documents required by law. The two uranium claims in the State of the Union Address and the report to Congress concerning Iraq were false and fraudulent, and are in documents that the White House submitted to Congress. See House Document 108-1 and House Document 108-23. The law required the president to give such reports. Article II, Section 3 of the constitution requires presidents to give State of the Union Addresses. Section 4 of Public Law 107-243, which is the Congressional resolution authorizing the war against Iraq, requires the president to give reports to Congress relevant to the war resolution and the president submitted said report on Iraq pursuant to that law. Thus 18 U.S.C., Sec. 1001 was evidently violated.

The criminal statute, 18 U.S.C., Sec. 371, prohibits conspiring to defraud the United States and is applicable since the Supreme Court in the case of Hammerschmidt v. United States, 265 U.S. 182, 188 (1924) held that to “conspire to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the government out of property or money, but it also means to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest.” Senior Administration officials arguably violated Section 371 because their uranium claims had the effect of obstructing or interfering with the function of Congress to reconsider its war resolution and to allow further time for U.N. weapons inspections. If the whole truth had been told, Congress may well have withdrawn the war resolution or delayed the start of the war to allow further U.N. weapons inspections, which would have shown what we now know; that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction and had not sought the uranium. However, it should be noted that Section 371 does not require proof that the conspiracy was successful.

The US invasion of Iraq was based on the deliberate suppression of fact. The invasion was not the result of mistaken intelligence. It was based on deliberately concocted "intelligence" designed to deceive the US Congress, the American public, and the United Nations.

Sullivan in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, Civil Action No. 04-1211. The attorney who represented the plainittifs today filed a response regarding the District Court's decisions. The response is as defective as the pleadings that were filed and which were properly dismissed:

"In assessing the importance of this matter we must remember that whatever legal arguments have been posed or considered, the Court ultimately relied upon the Government's statement that the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances no longer exists.

Of course, we intend to seek a review of that decision by a higher court. In the meantime, however, it is now the law of the land that your right to petition the Government has been abolished by the executive and judicial branches of the your Government. -Mark Lane-Attorney for plantiff

Spook's take: This is a vast mistatement of Judge Sullivan's accurate opinion. I am directing the following exhaustive analysis to the We The People Foundation and their attorney, Mark Lane, in the hope that they will reconsider their post dismissal statement and react accordingly.

Citizen Spook has thoroughly reviewed the pleadings and the District Court's opinion.

This case was properly dismissed according to controlling legal precedent. However, the "We The People Foundation" must be congratulated for scoring an important victory which is discerned by a thorough review of Judge Sullivan's historic and remarkable opinion which acts as map for a new and improved first amendment petition for a redress of grievances as to the federal income tax problem.

I hope that the plaintiffs and their attorney, Mark Lane, will review this report and withdraw their appeal in favor a new and improved version of this lawsuit.

An excerpt: "In an article in the September [2005] issue of Vanity Fair (not yet online), Michael Wolff ["All Roads Lead to Rove"], in probing the Plame/CIA leak scandal, rips those in the news media -- principally Time magazine and The New York Times -- who knew that Karl Rove was one of the leakers but refused to expose what would have been 'one of the biggest stories of the Bush years.' Not only that, 'they helped cover it up.' You might say, he adds, they 'became part of a conspiracy.'" --Greg Mitchell, Editor & Publisher, August 11, 2005 ) editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001013806).

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) issued a report Tuesday afternoon asserting that Louisiana governor Katherine Blanco took the necessary and timely steps needed to secure disaster relief from the federal government, RAW STORY has learned.

The report, which comes after a request by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) to review the law and legal accountability relating to Federal action in response to Hurricane Katrina, unequivocally concludes that she did.

"This report closes the book on the Bush Administration's attempts to evade accountability," Conyers said in a statement. "The Bush Administration was caught napping at a critical time."

Here's an interesting article:Abramoff Indictment Makes Bush Regime a Fat Target

An excerpt:Now released on bail, Abramoff will face trial for fraud and conspiracy in the takeover and looting of the Florida-based SunCruz gambling casino cruise-ship line. SunCruz's former owner Gus Boulis was murdered in a mob-style killing on Feb. 6, 2001.

Abramoff has been an architect of the power cartel behind DeLay, feeding the Congressman money siphoned from the multi-billion-dollar empire of Indian gambling casinos and Pacific island sweatshops under Abramoff's sway.

Abramoff and his two behind-the-scenes career partners, Grover Norquist and Ralph Reed, organized the rise of "DeLay, Inc.," by coercing corporations and their lobbyists (the "K Street Project") and whipping up religious fanatics (the Christian Coalition) for the money and muscle that bought DeLay his dictatorship over Congress.

These same arrangements are at the heart of the political system sustaining the Bush-Cheney Administration. With multiple criminal and Congressional investigations now pursuing DeLay, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, and their cohorts, Abramoff's fall opens a new window on the criminal underpinnings of the entire Bush regime.

After dragging its heels for months, the House Intelligence Committee Wednesday began debating the issue on whether the Bush administration will be required to turn over vital information about whether President Bush doctored WMD intelligence, lied to America and misled the country into the Iraq war.

The House committee voted 22 against and 21 in favor of demanding the White House turn over documents, demonstrating the strength of the Republican-backed Congress when it comes to opening up a fair and honest debate concerning issues of vital importance to the American people.

Prissy Catches MSM Telling the Truth

Dear Readers, They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes a picture and a small caption says it all. Take a look at this sure to be a classic in future American history texts.

Granny and Auntie M tell Prissy they have never seen such debauchery in their 73 and 84 years, respectively. They are specifically referring to a presidential cabinet who appears to do as they please and are accountable to no one-not the Congress, not We the People, not even the Constitution. How long will this continue? Surely they know, as the rest of us do that it musn't continue much longer, because Americans are suffering greatly. The oppression in America is thick. However, we shall peaceably overcome....

nytimes.com/2005/09/19/politics/19sheehan.html NYT- Mother Who Lost Son in Iraq Continues Fight Against War- Excerpt:

Cindy Sheehan, the mother of an American soldier killed in Iraq, last night brought her campaign to end the war to New York, where she accused Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of not doing enough to challenge the Bush administration's Iraq policies.

Speaking in front of more than 500 supporters in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, Ms. Sheehan, speaking of Senator Clinton, said, "She knows that the war is a lie but she is waiting for the right time to say it." Then, as the crowd cheered, she issued a challenge to Senator Clinton, saying, "You say it or you are losing your job."

A spokesman for Senator Clinton, while not commenting about Ms. Sheehan's remarks, said that the senator, while voting to give President Bush the authority to go to war, has been very critical of the way he has chosen to use that authority.

Senator Clinton spoke during Prissy's college graduation and what a treat. Of course, that was long before 911, the Patriot Act and Iraq. Cindy is correct- that Senator Clinton is "critical" of how the president used his authority means nothing. Clinton failed to ask the right questions before the war; despite having access to classified information.

Forgiving a husband for his wrongs was her personal business; but forgiving and ignoring a presidents' neglect of his country and their needs is our business....ALL representatives owe the public some explanations-not just team Bush.

NYPD back to its old tricks, shuts down Cindy Sheehan -From Constant who always cites his stuff...Cindy Sheehan had her NYC protest shut down. 13th Precinct Commander Inspector Michael McEnroy wants us to believe that he wasn't censoring content.

I find his statement incredibly laughable.

Let's consider McEnroy's apparent veracity problem.

govexec.com/story_page.cfm?articleid=32266&dcn=todaysnews Government Executive Magazine-Sept 20-Excerpts:

David Safavian, who was chief of procurement policy in the Bush administration's Office of Management and Budget until late last week, was arrested Monday on charges of making false statements and obstructing a federal investigation.

During his confirmation hearings for his position as OFPP chief, Safavian said he worked as a lobbyist and consultant for a variety of organizations, including the Embassy of Pakistan, Microsoft and several Native American groups.

Safavian also has strong ties to Capitol Hill. Before joining GSA, he served as chief of staff to Rep. Chris Cannon, R-Utah, and also has worked for former Michigan House members William Schuette and Robert Davis, both Republicans.

Another one of Dubya's hand "picks" for a job. Granny says "birds of a feather, stick together." Hmmm, a chief of procurement policy- would he have something to do with a "no-bid" contract policy? Prissy thinks Bunny could answer that question.....

One more reason our international neighbors think the US has fallen in with Commander Coo-Coo Bananas....

Tons of British aid donated to help Hurricane Katrina victims to be BURNED by Americans-From Ryan Parry, US Correspondent in New York

Excerpt: HUNDREDS of tons of British food aid shipped to America for starving Hurricane Katrina survivors is to be burned. US red tape is stopping it from reaching hungry evacuees.Instead tons of the badly needed Nato ration packs, the same as those eaten by British troops in Iraq, has been condemned as unfit for human consumption.

That's our Dubya, always slapping the hand of goodwill and charity.....

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE: Timeline:Hurricane Katrina Actions,Non-Actions

Excerpt:Aug. 26: Katrina grows to a Category 2 hurricane with 90 knot (103 mph) winds, predicted to veer north and west toward Mississippi and Louisiana. Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco declares a state of emergency.

Bush remains on vacation at Crawford, Tex.

Aug. 27: National Hurricane Center staff fully brief Bush Administration officials on impending dangers—including the likely breach of the levees. NOAA: "Dangerous Hurricane Katrina threatens north central Gulf Coast ... Hurricane Warning issued." Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour declares a state of emergency and asks President Bush to do the same and free up Federal resources. Governor Blanco writes to President Bush, asking for Federal declaration of emergency and Federal assistance.

Bush remains on vacation at Crawford, Texas

There's more...Bush has cake with McCain (it was his birthday and they are best friends?) and then played guitar with a country music singer. Important stuff like this while New Orleans was in a state of emergency. This is why, dear readers, some may complain the president and his people were "criminally negligent".....as opposed to purposeful indifference.

Here is a bright ray of hope...those rabid neoRepublicans don't call him the "breck girl" for nothing...they are "just jealous", as Granny tells us. From the man who will make a much better president than Kerry or Bush...

desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050919/NEWS09/509190332/1056 Edwards criticizes Katrina response, assistance plans

Excerpt: "All these people who lost their jobs, lost their homes, how about if we let them rebuild their own city, pay them a decent wage and give them decent benefits?" Edwards said to more than 1,200 party activists who attended Sen. Tom Harkin's annual steak fry in Indianola.

The 2004 vice-presidential nominee criticized Bush for, immediately after the storm, suspending the federal law that requires government contractors to pay the region's prevailing wage, arguing construction companies rebuilding the Gulf Coast would pay workers too little. Edwards said Bush's plan to deposit cash assistance into victims' bank accounts shows that the president fails to understand the plight of the nation's poor.

"News bulletin, Mr. President. They don't have bank accounts," Edwards said.

There he goes, making sense again....no wonder the neoRepublicans dislike him so. They may claim to construct reality, but John Edwards apparently lives in it...
